Mechanics and Rules

1. Eight (8) exclusive Havaianas Flip-Floats are up for grabs for fans of the Official Havaianas Philippines Facebook page from April 17 to May 1, 2009.

2. Comment on the album on why you want a Havaianas Flip-Float. Only the first comment per fan will be considered for the online contest.

3. This contest is valid only for fans of Official Havaianas Philippines on Facebook.

4. Limited number of eight (8) Havaianas Flip-Floats will be given away to the fans who post the eight (8) most original comments.

5. Family members and relatives to the 3rd degree of TERRY S.A. employees, sub-distributors, and retailers (including office and store staff) are automatically disqualified from joining the contest.

6. Only fans of Official Havaianas Philippines on Facebook residing in the Philippines, whether in Metro Manila or the provinces (outside of Metro Manila) are entitled to join.

DEADLINE OF ENTRY SUBMISSION: MAY 1, 2009 FRIDAY 6:00PM.
No entries will be entertained for whatever reason after the deadline.

7. The eight (8) exclusive winners shall be announced through the Official Havaianas Philippines Facebook page within two weeks of deliberation by TERRY S.A. officials. Winners will be contacted through personal message on Facebook on or before May 14, 2009, Thursday.

Important: There is absolutely no need to do follow-ups during the duration or after winners have been announced.

8. The eight (8) exclusive winners will be given one whole month to claim the Havaianas Flip-Floats. Failure to redeem within the designated period will forfeit your Havaianas Flip-Float.

DEADLINE OF REDEMPTION: JUNE 15, 2009 MONDAY 6:00PM
No winners will be entertained for whatever reason after the deadline. Details for redemption will be provided to winners only.

9. TERRY S.A./Havaianas Philippines reserves the right to modify mechanics and rules without prior notice for whatever reason they deem valid. The company shall not be held liable for stock availability.
